Our Manor Minder service is specifically designed for the needs of owners of seasonal homes, providing a single year-round contact point for all of your property management concerns at a modest monthly fee.  The basic service includes an initial property evaluation, establishing a customized program of site management and care, 7x24 emergency contact service, weekly onsite visits, and online status reports.  Your online status report will include photos from the latest site visit and photos of trouble spots that may need attention.  We will also perform and/or arrange optional services such as spring openings, fall closings, repair, cleaning, on-site landlord, landscaping, and snow plowing at competitive prices.  AWPM is your only point of contact and your only point of billing for all of the items on your site management program. In addition, our concierge service will provide other miscellaneous personal services as needed.

If you need a less comprehensive service, one-time and "get-to-know-you" site management projects are welcome throughout the year.
